Job Description

As a Paving, Surfacing, and Tamping Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various paving machinery to ensure high-quality asphalt application on roadways and other surfaces. The position requires a meticulous approach to ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate various heavy machinery for paving tasks.
• Ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct pre-operational checks and regular maintenance.
• Guide truck drivers during material delivery for seamless operations.
• Communicate effectively with other team members to tackle any site challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Preferred experience in road or highway construction

Languages
