Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Account Manager with excellent communication skills to join our Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing client accounts successfully and ensuring client satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in driving customer success and developing strong relationships with clients to enhance client retention and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all client interactions adhere to company standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Provide training and support for clients to maximize the value of our services.
  • Monitor client account metrics and KPIs, positioning us to respond proactively to client needs.
  • Engage in networking opportunities to build lasting client relationships.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the company’s services and offerings.
  • Document all client interactions in CRM software for transparency and reporting.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business or Marketing
  • Postgraduate qualifications are a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar position within account management
