Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to join our Johannesburg team. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve technical issues via phone, email, or chat.
  • Maintain and update client records in our CRM system.
  • Provide feedback on software performance and user experience.
  • Lead troubleshooting sessions with customers.
  • Implement solutions in a timely manner to prevent service disruptions.
  • Mentor junior team members in technical support best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve skill sets.
