Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee various projects from inception to completion in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Direct project planning and budgeting, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for project records.
  • Ensure all work is completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and safety on-site.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate project handover upon completion.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in construction management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
  • Further training in project management is a plus
Experience
  • 7+ years of proven experience in managing large construction projects
