Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role is essential in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes.
  • Update and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Organize training sessions and employee development initiatives.
  • Provide support to management on HR issues and strategies.
  • Conduct workplace investigations as needed.
  • Maintain HR compliance and ensure adherence to legislation.
  • Analyze employee feedback and implement recommendations.
  • Manage talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support career development.
  • Prepare HR analytics reports for leadership.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
  • Postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in general HR functions
