Responsibilities

• Evaluate compliance status and report findings to senior management.
• Lead workshops to raise awareness of compliance and ethical practices.
• Establish relationships with external compliance and legal consultants.
• Keep up to date with changes in employment legislation.
• Ensure transparency in reporting compliance-related issues.
• Facilitate the development of an inclusive workplace culture.
• Advise on HR policies to promote fairness and equality.
• Assist in dispute resolution and employee grievances.
• Review and improve HR processes in line with compliance requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, CHRP) preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in HR compliance or related area

Advantageous
