Job Description

As the HR Manager, you will oversee all HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and talent development. We are looking for a candidate with a strong HR background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive strategic HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate talent management and succession planning activities.
  • Support leadership development and training programs.
  • Assist in developing compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Conduct regular HR audits to ensure effective practices.
  • Manage and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Foster collaboration between departments to optimize employee performance.
  • Advocate for employee wellness and work-life balance initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
