The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and a proven track record in program management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end travel services including vendor selection.
• Assist in creating travel policies and best practices.
• Compile feedback from clients to continually enhance travel experiences.
• Work collaboratively with marketing teams to promote travel programs.
• Forecast travel trends and prepare reports for management.
• Engage with client stakeholders to ensure all travel needs are met.
• Implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Postgraduate Diploma in Travel Management is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum 5 years in the travel or tourism industry
