This role involves managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. You will be responsible for implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities

• Facilitate the recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance.

• Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.
• Prepare and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making.

• Collaborate with management on workforce planning and strategy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field
• Master's degree in Human Resources is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in HR management
