Responsibilities

• Research and explore new travel destinations and offers.
• Prepare documents and provide travel advice for international journeys.
• Follow up with clients post-travel to collect feedback and testimonials.
• Work with suppliers to get the best rates and packages for clients.
• Promote additional services such as travel insurance and special offers.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate or equivalent
• Diploma or Degree in Travel and Tourism is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in travel sales or consulting

Technical Skills

• Client Management Software
• Booking Systems

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Attention to Detail

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Destination Specialist Certification: Certification in popular travel destinations is advantageous.
