We're on the lookout for a skilled Construction Manager to take charge of our projects in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will supervise construction sites, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with vast experience in overseeing construction projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage the construction budget and resources.
• Schedule and conduct site meetings with stakeholders.
• Develop project documentation including reports and correspondence.
• Coordinate inspections and manage compliance with safety regulations.
• Foster a positive team environment and mentor junior staff.
• Ensure quality control procedures are implemented.
• Review design plans and specifications to ensure accuracy.
• Identify project variances and implement corrective actions.
• Manage client relationships and expectations throughout projects.
• Ensure project completion meets timelines and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or Civil Engineering
• Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management

Languages
