Responsibilities

  • Lead customer success initiatives and strategies to enhance customer experience.

  • Identify and mitigate potential churn risks by proactively engaging clients.
  • Develop case studies and success stories to highlight customer achievements.
  • Facilitate the resolution of customer issues and escalations as needed.
  • Prepare and present reports on client success metrics to management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success or related roles
