Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to join our team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that our products and services help them achieve their goals. You will act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, resolve issues, and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Build long-lasting relationships with customers based on trust and transparency.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Lead customer onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Analyze customer journey metrics to provide insight into areas of improvement.
  • Facilitate regular customer training sessions and workshops.
  • Stay updated with product features to deliver accurate information to customers.
  • Assist clients in product implementation and best practices.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to align customer feedback with product offers.
  • Provide insights on customer trends and challenges to the product team.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
