Job Description

As a Member Concierge, you will be the face of our exclusive club, crafting unforgettable experiences for our valued members. Your role will involve managing reservations, coordinating events, and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of member reservations and event planning.
• Engage with members via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Ensure member satisfaction through proactive communication and effective problem-solving.
• Liaise with other departments to coordinate services and resolve issues.
• Document and analyze member feedback to enhance service quality.
• Assist in onboarding new members to familiarize them with available services.
• Conduct regular training sessions to elevate the team’s service standards.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local attractions and partnerships.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss member feedback and service improvements.

• Fluency in an additional language: Additional languages, such as Zulu, are advantageous.
