Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Administrator to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of our healthcare facility, overseeing staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Enhance operational efficiency through effective management of resources.
• Collaborate with medical staff to improve patient care delivery.
• Prepare and present reports on facility performance to the management.
• Oversee the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement among staff.
• Manage the facility's inventory and ensure necessary supplies are available.
• Facilitate patient feedback mechanisms to enhance services.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote health awareness.
• Assist in strategic planning and implementation of healthcare initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Public Health
• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare settings
