Job Description

Join us as a Clinical Research Associate, where you'll coordinate clinical trials, work with patients, and oversee data collection to ensure adherence to protocols. This vital role supports the advancement of medical knowledge and improves patient care outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all regulatory submissions and approvals are current and properly documented.
• Train site personnel and staff on protocol requirements and study procedures.
• Aid in the development of study protocols and case report forms.
• Analyze clinical data and contribute to report writing and submission.
• Conduct risk assessments and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies.
• Act as the liaison between sponsors, regulatory bodies, and site personnel.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in clinical research

Technical Skills

• Clinical Trial Management
• Data Analysis

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with regulatory submissions: Knowledge of regulatory requirements for clinical trials in South Africa.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis software: Experience with tools such as SPSS or SAS for data analysis.
