Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to join our human resources team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent. You’ll analyze market trends, conduct salary surveys, and ensure compliance with compensation policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and refine compensation plans to ensure market competitiveness.
• Assist in developing survey processes to gather compensation data.
• Advise on job evaluations and compensation recommendations.
• Analyze employee compensation complaints and resolve issues.
• Support the annual salary review process with data analysis.
• Facilitate communication of compensation policies to staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years in HR with a focus on compensation and benefits analysis

• Statistical Analysis

• Certified Benefits Professional (CBP)
