Responsibilities

  • Drive recruitment and selection processes across various levels.
  • Administer HR policies and provide practical HR advice to management.
  • Organize training sessions and workshops for employee development.
  • Take the lead in performance review processes.
  • Ensure all HR processes align with company and legal standards.
  • Support the development of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Conduct regular reviews of HR policies and procedures.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR matters.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role
