Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Learning and Development Specialist who has a passion for transforming learning experiences. This role involves designing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and performance of employees, paving the way for career advancement and growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training modules that align with business objectives.
• Review and recommend educational resources and tools.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized training needs.
• Create and administer feedback mechanisms to improve training processes.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees with the necessary training tools.
• Guide the organization in adopting e-learning methodologies.
• Report on training progress and outcomes to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, HR, or affiliated fields
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of proven experience in a training or development role
