Job Description

We need a proactive HR Generalist to oversee all aspects of HR management at our Johannesburg office. This role will involve liaising with employees, managing talent acquisition, and implementing HR strategies that align with company goals. You'll play a crucial role in driving employee engagement and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and selection processes.
• Conduct onboarding and training for new employees.
• Manage employee relations and promote a positive work culture.

• Assist with performance reviews and employee feedback processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• HR certification is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
