Job Description

Seeking a Compliance Officer who is passionate about regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for monitoring compliance with laws and regulations, providing guidance to management on compliance matters, and facilitating compliance training across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform compliance audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance standards.
• Monitor regulatory changes and adjust company policies as needed.
• Report compliance issues to senior management.
• Serve as the point of contact for regulatory agencies.
• Maintain accurate compliance documentation and records.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in compliance or risk management
