Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Farmworkers for our poultry processing facility. As part of our team, you will be responsible for dressing and preparing poultry products, ensuring all products meet quality standards, and maintaining a clean working environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare poultry products for packaging and distribution.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all processes.
• Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to maintain high standards.
• Participate in training programs and adhere to operational procedures.
• Assist in training new employees on safe working practices.
• Maintain accurate records of processed products and materials used.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant training in poultry processing is preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in poultry processing is an added advantage.

Technical Skills

• Proper handling techniques
• Basic machinery operation

Soft Skills

• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic
