Responsibilities

  • Create engaging training materials and e-learning content.
  • Monitor and assess the implementation of training programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Learning and Development or a related field
