Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will work closely with management and employees, advising on HR best practices and handling employee inquiries. Your responsibilities will include managing the recruitment cycle, conducting training sessions, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Responsibilities

  • Implement effective performance appraisal systems and employee assessments.
  • Manage organizational change communications and HR projects.
  • Advocate for employee well-being and work-life balance.

  • Support the implementation of training and mentorship programs.
  • Attend HR seminars and workshops to stay updated on best practices.
  • Assist in legal compliance audits and labor inspections.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Psychology
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR is a plus

  • 3-5 years of HR experience in diverse sectors
