Job Description

We are seeking an HR Manager to lead our HR initiatives in Pretoria. This role involves managing recruitment processes, developing training programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of HR practices and a strong ability to influence and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
  • Ensure effective communication channels within the organization.
  • Develop, implement, and manage employee welfare programs.
  • Analyze workforce metrics and develop workforce planning initiatives.
  • Support leadership in organizational change and development.
  • Manage payroll processes and employee benefits administration.
  • Facilitate training needs analysis and decision-making.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
