Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for specific client accounts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop recruitment campaigns.
• Perform background checks and reference checks for candidates.
• Organize and facilitate recruitment events and job fairs.
• Coach and mentor junior staff on recruitment practices.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.
• Foster a positive candidate experience and promote brand loyalty.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.
• Develop innovative strategies for talent acquisition.
• Assist in negotiating employment offers and contracts.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant professional certifications (e.g. CIPD or similar) are a plus

Experience

• Proven track record in a recruitment agency environment is preferred
