Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you'll be at the forefront of our HR initiatives in Johannesburg. This position demands excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively manage employee queries and facilitate HR projects. A critical element of the role will be to assist in developing training programs and performance management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Drive talent acquisition efforts and help build a diverse workforce.
  • Manage attendance and leave policies, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and employee relations matters.
  • Contribute to workplace safety and health programs.
  • Analyze HR metrics to recommend improvements.
  • Create HR reports and documentation to assist management decision-making.
  • Coordinate staff training sessions and workshops.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives within the company.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
