Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills of our workforce. Responsibilities include creating training materials, coordinating workshops, and assessing the effectiveness of training programs. Responsibilities

• Create custom training content tailored to the needs of various departments.
• Conduct follow-up sessions to reinforce learning and assess retention.
• Maintain accurate training records and documents.
• Assist in the onboarding process through structured training programs.
• Engage with employees to assess their training needs and feedback post-program.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organisation.
• Consult with external training providers for specialized training needs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Learning and Development or related field

Technical Skills

• Instructional Design
• Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Soft Skills

• Excellent Communication
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
