• Direct daily operations of hospitality venues to meet organizational standards.
• Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Ensure guests receive high-quality service and address any complaints promptly.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
• Manage financial budgets and assist with forecasting.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.
• Plan and implement events to enhance customer engagement.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Master's degree is a plus
• Hospitality Software Proficient in managing hospitality operations using software tools.
• Marketing Strategy Expertise in developing marketing strategies for hospitality businesses.
• Leadership Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Communication Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certified Hospitality Manager
• First Aid Certification
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)
