Job Description

We are seeking a talented Hospitality Manager to oversee the daily operations and marketing strategies of our venues in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of hospitality management and a passion for delivering outstanding service to guests. You'll be responsible for driving brand awareness and enhancing guest satisfaction through innovative marketing campaigns and exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily operations of hospitality venues to meet organizational standards.
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Ensure guests receive high-quality service and address any complaints promptly.
  • Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Manage financial budgets and assist with forecasting.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Plan and implement events to enhance customer engagement.
  • Review and manage customer feedback and service quality metrics.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Management
  • MBA in Hospitality Management preferred

  • 5+ years of managerial experience in the hospitality industry
