Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our Johannesburg team. In this role, you will be responsible for improving customer satisfaction and retention rates while building strong relationships with our clients. Your expertise in customer support will help us ensure that our clients achieve their desired outcomes through our services.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide feedback on customer challenges.
  • Create documentation and resources for customer self-service.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance customers' understanding of our solutions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster a culture of customer-centricity throughout the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Relevant certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in customer support or account management
