Responsibilities

• Prepare legal documentation and ensure the accuracy of contract terms.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Monitor changes in legislation that may impact the business.
• Advise senior management on legal matters affecting the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Law (LLM) is preferred
• Admitted Attorney in South Africa

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in corporate law and contracts

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
