Job Description

We are in search of a Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans that align with strategic goals.
• Track project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Implement and uphold health and safety protocols on site.
• Manage and mentor junior project staff, providing guidance as needed.
• Prepare and submit budget proposals and ensure compliance with financial responsibilities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential project challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Relevant certifications in project management are a plus

Experience

• 7-12 years of experience managing complex construction projects
