Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable Welfare Analyst to evaluate and enhance existing welfare programmes. Your expertise will be essential in assessing policies and ensuring they effectively address community needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts in implementing and evaluating welfare programmes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards.
  • Analyse data trends to guide decision-making.
  • Advocate for changes in policy based on evidence-based findings.
  • Collaborate with external partners for resource sharing and support.
  • Prepare case studies to highlight programme successes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Policy, Economics, or a related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in social welfare, policy evaluation, or data analysis
