Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Operations Analyst to enhance our supply chain processes in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will analyze logistics data, develop strategies for optimization, and ensure efficient operation of logistics functions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize transportation methods and logistics systems.
• Negotiate contracts with carriers and suppliers for logistics services.
• Maintain communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Review and approve freight invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze cost-reduction opportunities within the supply chain.
• Implement sustainability initiatives in logistics operations.
• Perform risk assessments for supply chain disruptions and devise mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Administration
• Professional certifications in logistics or supply chain are preferred

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or related fields
