Responsibilities

• Direct all inventory management activities and report directly to the Supply Chain Manager.
• Evaluate and enhance existing inventory management processes.
• Collaborate with supply chain to manage supplier relationships.
• Develop strategies to reduce waste and minimize costs.
• Conduct analysis to improve operational performance.
• Manage the inventory team and oversee performance evaluations.
• Report on inventory trends and forecasts to senior management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Advanced degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within inventory management
