Responsibilities
Coordinate talent acquisition and employee onboarding.
Design and implement company policies regarding HR practices.
Conduct performance reviews and recommend improvements.
Manage employee records and HR databases.
Assist in employee retention strategies.
Facilitate health and safety programs in the workplace.
Collaborate with management on organizational development.
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR
Master's degree is a plus
Experience
5+ years in a generalist HR role, preferably within a corporate environment
