Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage our HR functions and support staff development. Your role will encompass recruitment, employee relations, and performance evaluation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate talent acquisition and employee onboarding.
  • Design and implement company policies regarding HR practices.
  • Conduct performance reviews and recommend improvements.
  • Manage employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in employee retention strategies.
  • Facilitate health and safety programs in the workplace.
  • Collaborate with management on organizational development.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in a generalist HR role, preferably within a corporate environment
