We are seeking a skilled Legal Advisor to join our team in Sandton. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in corporate law and compliance, providing strategic legal guidance to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Interpret laws and regulations to provide strategic guidance.
• Manage the legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
• Advocate for best practices in corporate governance.
• Organize and maintain the company's legal records and documentation.
• Ensure the company's policies are aligned with legal standards.
• Develop and implement company-wide compliance programs.

Requirements

Education

• LLB degree or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualification in a legal field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in legal advisory or corporate law environment
