Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will manage key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance to enhance organizational performance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment efforts, from job postings to candidate feedback.
• Implement employee training programs to enhance skill development.
• Foster a positive organizational culture through engagement and recognition initiatives.
• Handle conflict resolution and employee grievances effectively.
• Maintain HR records and ensure data privacy compliance.
• Assist management in workforce planning and labor cost management.
• Evaluate HR metrics to drive strategic decision-making.
• Promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR
• Master's degree in HR Management is preferable

Experience

• 3-5 years of HR experience in a corporate environment
