Job Description

We are in search of a proactive HR Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. The role will involve managing HR functions, developing talent management strategies, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. You will play a critical role in fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing overall employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage employee development and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop strategies to improve employee retention rates.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Support managers in employee performance management.
  • Facilitate employee engagement and team-building activities.
  • Manage employee exit processes and conduct exit interviews.
  • Provide HR support and guidance to all departments.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology
  • Master's degree or HR certification preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR leadership roles
