Verifying Machine Operator

Job Description

The Verifying Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining a verifying machine to ensure the accuracy of data entered into the system, whilst adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain verifying machines to ensure quality output.
• Perform routine inspections and maintain documentation.
• Work with the Quality Control team to ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage outputs and adjust settings for optimal performance.
• Communicate effectively with production teams to align on goals.
• Contribute to team training initiatives for new operators.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent

Experience

• At least 1-2 years of experience operating verifying machines or similar equipment.

Technical Skills

• Basic Computer Skills
• Attention to Detail

• Good Communication Skills
• Problem-Solving Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with data management software: Familiarity with software tools used for data logging and analysis.
