As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing employee relations and ensuring a smooth HR operation in our Pretoria office. Your expertise will help us develop a high-performing workforce.
Responsibilities
Oversee the full recruitment cycle including advertisements, interviews, and hiring.
Develop HR strategies to improve employee satisfaction and performance.
Provide support in employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Maintain up-to-date HR documentation and manage payroll processes.
Assist in conducting market research for salary benchmarking.
Implement and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
HR certification (e.g., CHRP, CIPD) is a plus
Experience
3+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably as a generalist
