Job Description

As a Diversity Inclusion Strategist, you will be integral in developing and implementing initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organisation. You'll work closely with leadership to influence and drive meaningful change.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain relationships with external organisations to promote recruitment of diverse talent.
  • Conduct regular assessments of employee perceptions and experiences related to diversity.
  • Design initiatives that address the unique needs of diverse employee groups.
  • Compile and disseminate educational materials on D&I topics.
  • Represent the company at diversity events and forums.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure equitable treatment of all employees.
  • Report on progress towards diversity and inclusion goals to management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or a directly related field
  • Master's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion roles
