Job Description

We’re seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our Johannesburg team. In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and providing feedback. You should be a natural communicator with the ability to assess candidate suitability effectively. Your contribution will be vital in helping our clients build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate candidates' skills through testing and interviews.
• Negotiate salaries and terms with candidates.
• Create and maintain a talent pipeline for future roles.
• Monitor hiring metrics to improve recruitment processes.
• Attend career fairs and networking events to promote the company.
• Support other HR initiatives as needed.
• Advise clients on market conditions and talent availability.
• Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years in the recruitment industry, preferably in a consultancy role

• Market Research

Certifications

• Minimum of one recruitment certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with data analysis in recruitment: Ability to analyse recruitment data to optimize processes.
