We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our Cape Town team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional pharmaceutical care, counseling patients on medication use, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting relationships with patients while ensuring their medication adherence.
• Participate actively in health promotion activities and wellness campaigns.
• Implement pharmacy initiatives aimed at improving patient health outcomes.
• Provide training and mentorship to pharmacy assistants and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Pharmacy is beneficial

Experience

• Experience in a hospital pharmacy is an advantage
