Responsibilities

  • Create and execute comprehensive talent acquisition plans that align with company objectives.
  • Work closely with teams to identify skills gaps and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Lead and support recruitment campaigns, ensuring timely placements.
  • Employ social media and networking sites to connect with potential candidates.
  • Measure and report on recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Engage with external recruitment agencies to fulfil specific hiring needs.
  • Assist in developing strategies to enhance employer branding.
  • Provide guidance to selection committees for fair and consistent candidate evaluations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR Management
  • Master's degree in a related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic HR roles, specifically in talent acquisition
