Job Description

As a Software Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our software products. You will conduct thorough testing and collaborate closely with developers and product managers to maintain high standards of user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test strategies for software solutions.
• Conduct regression testing to confirm software changes.
• Evaluate product usability and accessibility.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather input and feedback during testing cycles.
• Maintain documentation on test results and software quality metrics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Design, or relevant field

Experience

• 3-5 years in user experience design or software testing roles

Technical Skills

• JIRA
• Selenium

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA)
• Agile Testing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Mobile application testing experience: Familiarity with testing mobile applications will be an added advantage.
• Experience in A/B testing: Hands-on experience in A/B testing methodologies is preferred.
