Job Description

As a Client Relations Specialist at Tech Marketing Solutions, you will be instrumental in fostering positive relationships with our clients. You will ensure their needs are met, resolve any issues, and provide superior support to enhance overall client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate positive interactions and effective communications with clients.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Business or Marketing preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role

Advantageous
