Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Manager to lead our customer service team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing customer service policies, overseeing support staff, and ensuring outstanding customer experiences.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
