Job Description

Join our project management team as a Construction Manager, where you'll take charge of construction operations, manage resources, and liaise with stakeholders to guarantee projects are completed to specification and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and resource allocation for construction activities.
• Monitor and assess construction progress and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess adherence to project specifications.
• Resolve conflicts and issues on-site in a timely manner.
• Facilitate team meetings to discuss project updates and challenges.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in construction management
