Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of industry trends and a proven track record of managing teams effectively to ensure excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service in all areas.
  • Work closely with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Implement inventory management systems to reduce waste and control costs.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and community partners.
  • Develop financial forecasts and monitor expenditures to stay within budget.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate innovative practices.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities to boost brand awareness and sales.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role in food and beverage
